Que el presupuesto de reforma no aumente, es una de los grandes miedos a los que nos enfrentamos a la hora ponernos a ella. Los imprevistos que puedan surgir, los trabajos adicionales que solicitemos y la profesionalidad de la empresa encargada de la obra, pueden hacer disparar el presupuesto establecido.

  • Ponte siempre en manos de profesionales del sector. Un profesional siempre te facilitará un presupuesto cerrado para una reforma, que deberá cumplir en tiempo y forma. La famosa frase “en terminar, según las horas te cobro”, detecta que no estás ante un profesional y es más que probable que tu presupuesto se dispare.
  • Reservar una cantidad para imprevistos. Siempre es aconsejable si es una reforma importante, destinar parte del presupuesto para cualquier imprevisto que pueda surgir. Si finalmente no hay imprevistos, dispondrás de un dinero extra.
  • Elige los materiales de antemano. Aquí es donde algunos presupuestos se disparan. La elección de sanitarios por ejemplo a posteriori, hará que tu presupuesto no esté cerrado de antemano.
